Representative Porter moved and asked unanimous consent that the               
House consider the Senate message (page 3854) on the following at              
this time:                                                                     
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 11                                                             
"An Act relating to driver's licensing; and providing for an                  
effective date."

SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 11(RLS)

There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                   
                                                                               
Representative Porter moved that the House concur in the Senate                
amendment to HB 11, thus adopting SCS HB 11(RLS), and                          
recommended that the members vote yes.
